New British coins can be hazardous to health
Arriving in circulation in the UK the new coins in denominations of 5 and 10 pence can be hazardous to health. This was warned a group of British doctors, the ITAR-TASS referring to British radio station BBC BBC.
These coins are made of steel and coated with a thin layer of nickel. According to dermatologists, "it can cause irritation and even skin diseases," the report says. British experts cite as proof of their fears made Swedish medical findings that "this type of coin is an unacceptable risk to human health."
